Acceptance of terms
By making a reservation through the Maison Kids Club website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
Maison Kids Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes apply to bookings made after the date of update.
Booking & payment
All reservations must be made online through the official Maison Kids Club website.
A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed — except for hotel guests who select room charge as their payment method.
For hotel guests selecting room charge, the reservation remains pending until hotel status is verified upon arrival. If verification fails, the reservation converts to a direct booking and full payment becomes immediately required.
NYNN members must provide a valid membership number during booking. Discounts apply only to Maison Signature Day (weekdays only). If membership cannot be verified upon arrival, the discount is removed and the price difference is charged.
Cancellations & rescheduling
More than two hours before the scheduled start time
You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule once at no additional charge.
Less than two hours before the scheduled start time
Cancellations are non-refundable. You may reschedule once, subject to availability.
No‑show
No refund is provided. Rescheduling is not permitted.
To cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Late collection policy
A grace period of fifteen (15) minutes is permitted after the scheduled pick‑up time.
Beyond this period, a late collection fee of €10 applies for every additional fifteen minutes or part thereof. This fee is applied automatically and must be settled before your child’s next visit.
Repeated late collections may result in refusal of future bookings.
Right to refuse participation
Maison Kids Club reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a child from the premises if:
- the child appears unwell or presents symptoms of an infectious illness
- the child’s behaviour compromises their own safety or the safety of others
- a parent or guardian fails to provide accurate medical or emergency contact information
In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remainder of the booked session.
Parent & guardian responsibility
You are responsible for:
- providing complete and accurate medical, allergy, and emergency contact information during registration
- notifying Maison immediately of any changes to your child’s health or needs
- ensuring your child is dressed appropriately for planned activities
- checking your child in and out in person, or through an authorised individual listed on the registration form
Children will not be released to any person not listed as an authorised pick‑up. Identification may be requested.
Food & liability
Maison Kids Club does not operate an in‑house catering service.
If you choose to send food with your child, you retain full responsibility for its safety, suitability, temperature, and potential allergens. Maison provides basic storage (refrigeration) and reheating (microwave) as a courtesy only, and assumes no liability related to food provided by parents.
If you choose the optional hotel meal service, payment is made directly to The Conrad Athens or The Illisian upon arrival. Meal service is provided by the hotel, not by Maison Kids Club.
Safety, supervision & liability
Maison Kids Club maintains continuous supervision with at least two staff members present at all times during operating hours.
However, participation in children’s activities involves an inherent level of risk — including but not limited to minor injuries from play, movement, or use of materials. Maison takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but cannot guarantee against all accidents.
You acknowledge that your child participates at your own risk. Maison Kids Club is not liable for any medical costs, incidental damages, or other expenses unless these result directly from proven negligence on the part of Maison staff.
In the event of illness or accident, the team will make every effort to contact the parent or guardian immediately. If you cannot be reached in time, you grant consent for emergency medical treatment by selecting the appropriate option on the registration form.
Photo consent
During registration, you may choose to give or withhold permission for your child to be photographed or filmed.
If consent is given, images may be used for:
- internal documentation
- promotional materials (website, social media, print)
- editorial or press purposes
You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us in writing. Maison will not use images of any child whose parent or guardian has withheld or withdrawn consent.
Personal data
Maison Kids Club collects and stores personal information (child name, parent contact details, medical information, booking history) solely for operational purposes — including reservations, safety, communication, and legal obligations.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except:
- as required by law
- for hotel room charge verification (limited to hotel guest status)
- for NYNN membership verification (limited to membership validity)
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Changes to these terms
Maison Kids Club may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version is always available on our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Athens.
