If a session is fully booked, the waiting list will notify you when a space becomes available. The booking must be completed within 30 minutes.
Full refund or free reschedule if cancelled more than 2 hours before the session. Within 2 hours, cancellations are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once (subject to availability). No-shows forfeit both refund and rescheduling.
A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, a €10 fee applies for every additional 15 minutes.
