If a session is fully booked, the waiting list will notify you when a space becomes available. The booking must be completed within 30 minutes.
Cancellations are refundable or reschedulable up to 2 hours before the session. Later cancellations and no-shows cannot be refunded.
A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, a €10 fee applies for every additional 15 minutes.
