Maison Kids Club is open to both hotel guests and external visitors. Advance booking is
recommended due to limited availability.
Maison Kids Club is designed for children aged 4 to 10.
Comfortable clothing, and if needed, a meal or snacks.
We also recommend bringing a change of clothes, especially for younger children.
Maison Kids Club is located inside The Ilisian, at Vasilissis Sofias Avenue 46. Access is through the main entrance, and the club is located on level 0.

All bookings are made online through our website. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is completed.
You can choose between a 3-hour Experience Pass, a full Signature Day (weekdays), or a Full Day experience with extended hours.
Yes. You may book multiple sessions or select the Signature Day or Full Day options for a longer stay.
This is available only with the Full Day experience, allowing greater flexibility throughout the day.
No. Activities are adapted in real time based on the children present, their age, energy and interests.

Maison Kids Club does not offer in-house catering. Children may bring their own food, which can be stored and reheated.
A daily meal option is also available in collaboration with the hotel, at an additional charge. The menu includes two main choices, along with fruit and salad.
Meal service is offered at approximately 13:30 and is available for children attending the Signature Day, the Full Day experience, and the Experience Pass during the 11:00–14:00 (weekdays) and 12:00–15:00 (weekends) time slots.
Children attending other time slots are not included in the meal service.
Food is selected by the accompanying parent upon arrival and paid directly by card.
Supervision, capacity, and the rules that protect everyone.
Capacity is limited to ensure a high-quality experience, with a maximum of 18 children.
Yes. Children are supervised at all times by trained staff, with at least two team members present in the space.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled pick-up time. After that, a fee of €10 per 15 minutes applies.
Cancellations up to 2 hours before the session are fully refundable or can be rescheduled once.
Cancellations within 2 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once.
No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
